Visa support
We will provide you with a letter of invitation that clearly states the dates of the event, the organiser’s details, including contact information, and confirmation of your registration to attend the event at the event’s dates and location. To request an Invitation Letter, click the button below. Applications must be submitted by Sunday 4 August 2024.
Before requesting the invitation letter:
- Make sure that you have registered to attend the event and completed your payment. Requests without proof of payment cannot be accommodated.
- Prepare your passport information to submit in the request.
- Check that your passport is valid during the conference period.

Please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan for further information concerning the documents required to obtain a visa.
A visa application may take some time to be processed and should, therefore, be initiated early enough to ensure it is accepted before conference begins.
