Disability Access
If you require disability-specific facilities, please notify the conference secretariat by indicating this during the registration process.

Dress
A smart casual dress code applies for all conference sessions and social functions.

Insurance
It is strongly recommended that delegates take out adequate medical, travel and personal insurance before travelling.

Liability Disclaimer
In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the conference organisers accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.

Name Badges
The wearing of identification badges is mandatory and will be required for admission to all sessions and conference social functions.

No Smoking Policy
Delegates should be aware that smoking is banned in most indoor public places and some outdoor areas under the Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance. 

Please note the entire University of Hong Kong campus is a non-smoking area.

Certificate of Attendance 
Attendees will be emailed a certificate of attendance during the week following the conference. If you presented a poster or contributed oral paper, this will be included on your certificate.  

Catering 
Friday 21 November – Educational Session Program (Cyberport) 
Morning and afternoon tea will be provided. 
Lunch will not be provided. Attendees can purchase their lunch from one of the many food venues located in Cyberport Arcade.

Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 November – Two Day Conference (HKU) 
Morning and afternoon tea and lunches will be provided. 
To assist with delegate flow and comfort, catering stations will be located over various rooms and spaces. Your name badge will identify the catering station that we ask you to attend. 

For guests with allergies 
If you specified a dietary requirement or food allergy during the registration process, please identify yourself to catering staff in the main buffet area at 3 Sassoon Road before 9am on Saturday morning to collect your allergy stickers.   

SIM cards 
My SIM cards and SoSIM cards can be purchased at 7-Eleven, Circle K and Watsons convenience stores for approximately HK$33 each. 

Wi-Fi 
The Cyberport 
“Cyberport_Openwifi” is available for Visitors.  
24 hour access is available once you have accepted the terms and conditions. 

The University of Hong Kong 
Visitors may choose to use “Wi-Fi.HK via HKU” on campus. This is for use by visitors when they are on HKU campuses.
