Registration for ACPE 2025 is now open.
Limited seating is available at this conference, so please ensure you register promptly to secure your place.
Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HK$).
New registrations will be accepted on-site at the conference registration desk only if space permits.

Educational Session Program Registration Includes:
- Attendance at one educational session track
- Tea/coffee and water
Registration does not include lunch. Cyberport Arcade has many food venues where delegates can purchase lunch.
Registration for educational sessions does not include attendance at the welcome reception. If you wish to join us for this function, please purchase a ticket during the registration process.
Two Day Conference Registration Includes:
- Conference admission, including all scientific sessions
- Coffee/Tea breaks and lunches
- Welcome reception on Friday 21 November 2025.
Accommodation and travel expenses are additional to the registration fees.
Welcome Reception:
Date: Friday 21 November 2025
Time: 5.30pm – 7.00pm
Venue: Delaney’s Restaurant, Cyberport
Includes light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages.
Cost: Included in the two day registration fee.
HK$235 for guests/partners or those attending the Educational Session only
Payment:
Credit card payment by Visa or MasterCard at the time of registration is required. All fees are charged in HK$.
Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
When you register online, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration and a copy of your paid invoice straight away. If you do not receive this email, and after checking your spam folder, please contact Expert Events via acpe@expertevents.com.au.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds are not available at any time for this conference.
If at any time after registration, you are unable to attend the conference, please email the Conference Secretariat to advise.
You may transfer your conference registration to a colleague up to and including the first day of the Conference and this will incur a HK$250 administration fee. However, once a delegate has checked in at the conference registration desk, substitution for that delegate is not permitted.
